A rare Educational System
for the Progress of Our Community
Present State of our AL students
|
1.
No
of students failing the AL exams are on the rise!
Biology stream: 32 % FAIL.
Maths stream: 60 % FAIL
2.
Even
if they pass the exam, most fail to secure A:
Physics: 97.8 %,
Chemistry: 97.2 % ,
Biology: 97.6 % and
Maths: 96.4 % fail to get an A-pass.
3.
This
is the pathetic situation of those who were taught by both the school and the
tuition classes! So, the Tuition Classes do not contribute that much to the
progress of the students.
4.
Parents
are at a loss to find a better solution, when the best available tuition masters
also could not help their children.
5. No assurance is given by the
Tuition Master for the knowledge and success of the students.
6.
Tuition
classes seem to be doing nothing but just repeating the lessons, already taught
in the school.
7.
Duration
of tuition classes exceeds 6 hours, covering a week’s lessons in just a day!
They do not pay any attention to the falling efficiency of the brain power.
8. In
large tuition classes, Students could not see the black/white boards clearly.
9. Further, students could not
even hear what the teachers say.
10. Since our students do not get good results, the seats in the universities,
which belong to our community, according to the percentage of population, are
being grabbed, year by year, by other communities.
11. Number of tuition classes is
on the rise, while the number of students failing exams are also on the rise!
So, there must be something wrong somewhere!
VISSON of THREE
STAR POINT

1.
No student should fail the AL exams. All must
become Doctors, Engineers or some Graduates.
2.
Following the
growth of the number of intellectuals, a history must be created by realising a
rapid progress of the community.
MISSON of THREE STAR POINT

Establishing an instituition that can train our AL
students to secure an AAA pass.
The STRATEGY of THREE STAR POINT
|
1.
Introducing
a wonderful teaching and learning system, for the first time in this country, that can bring the required changes.
2.
Creating
a surrounding, lecture theatres and modern facilities for the above system.
3.
Creating
a teaching system that consists of computers, projectors, document readers and modern teaching
apparatus; abolishing the Black Board Culture.
4. E-Lessons will facilitate the weaker students to realize a success, because the lessons
could easily be repeated, any number of times, without the help of the
lecturer.
5.
Increasing
the number of projectors, equipment and number of teachers to match the number
of students. This will help the students to learn the lessons better.
6.
A
crystal clear sound system must be developed and expanded, as required.
7.
Abolishing
the ‘One teacher-One Subject’ system and creating a group, consisting of
teacher, instructors and demonstrators for each and every subject.
8.
Steps
of teaching and training will be handled by a group of staff, so that a tough
training will be given.
9.
Framing
a teaching and training mothode that can ensure the studets to get a result
with AAA.
10. Creating a Continuous Assessment
System to make sure that the studets have acquired a thorough knowledge of the
lessons taught.
11. The lecture theatre will be
made dark while the Projector lessons in progress. Studets can not even see the
face of those who sit next. They can just see the lesson alone,
helping them to concentrate more on the lesson. Though it is dark, every student will be provided with a
little table lamp for taking personal notes.
12. Students will be allowed to
take a group of 3 lessons only. None will be allowed for just one or two lessons.
This is done to make sure a 3-A pass.
13. A 24 hour doubt clearing
system will be established by offering an ‘Internet Lesson’ facility.
14. Final exam will be based on
what was taught for both years. So, the students of Grade 13 will also be allowed
to take part in the training program of the grade 12 students, free of charge.
15. A generator will be provided
as Power Backup System.
16. A photocopying facility will
also be provided.
17. A Musallah, separate for boys
and girls, will be made available.
18. Water and toilet facilities
will also be made available.
Conclusion: A request from the well-wishers of our great community

This is going to be a
wonderful teaching system, which does not exist anywhere in this country. At a
cost of a large amount of money, we are planning to bring in the technology and
the experience of running a similar teaching method elswhere, for the betterment
of our community. With the help of Allah, the classes will begin on the 31st
of August 2015
We also have plans to refund
the students if they fail to gain an A-pass. Our system is going to be so
reliable!
We seek the pleasure of
Allah(sub). This endeavor is taken up whole heartedly, with a clear intension
and dedication. We hope that all the well-wishers of our great community will
definitely contribute, in every possible way they could.
